Weston, Massachusetts is a town in Middlesex County, about 15 miles west of Boston. The town is an upper-class Boston suburb and one of the wealthiest in New England. The town is bordered on the east by Newton and Waltham, on the south by Wellesley, on the west by Natick and Wayland, and on the north by Lincoln.

The ski track is available seasonally (usually from December to March) and includes a 2 kilometer lighted ski loop with snowmaking as well as an additional 13 kilometers of groomed tracks that rely on natural snowfall. The area is utilized as the Leo J. Martin Golf Course during the summer months.

Transportation

The Massachusetts Turnpike (Interstate 90) runs through Weston's southern section from east to west. On the town's eastern outskirts, the shared highway routes Interstate 95 and Massachusetts State Route 128 run north-south. The Massachusetts Turnpike and Route 128 meet near southeastern Weston.

 

Several state highways in the area - U.S. In addition to the Massachusetts Turnpike, Highway Route 20 (Boston Post Road), Massachusetts State Route 30 (South Avenue), and Massachusetts State Route 117 (North Avenue) go east and west through town.

 

Weston is served by the MBTA's Fitchburg Commuter Rail Line's Kendal Green Station. Inbound excursions from Kendal Green to Boston's North Station take roughly 37 minutes, while outgoing trips to Wachusett Station in the city of Fitchburg take approximately 1 hour and 12 minutes.

 

Inbound MBTA Bus Route 70 service operates from Cedarwood or Market Place Drive to Cambridge's Central Square, where it connects with the MBTA Red Line.

 

Another local bus line, MBTA Bus Route 558, crosses the border into Weston.
